Inquiries

Contact forms request your name, email, and project details so Timothy can respond. Sending online passes your inquiry to the website’s mail service. The mail server’s acceptance confirms that it accepted the message for delivery; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Opening an email draft, copying a request, or downloading it does not send it.

Portrait walls and client galleries

Portrait projects use institution and personal sign-ins. Participants provide a photograph, display name, job title, quote, and permission to use their photograph. Project records, original uploads, proofs, and approval decisions support the design and production process. Project administration and designated review access are separate from public gallery pages.

Private project files are handled through the password-protected project system. Do not include student records or other sensitive personal information in the public inquiry forms. Ask your project coordinator about appropriate permissions before submitting a photograph of another person.

Cookies and verification

The sign-in and online-send features use session cookies and security checks. Online inquiries use Google reCAPTCHA to help identify spam. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe its processing. An email draft remains available if online verification cannot complete.

Other services

The newsletter opens a Mailchimp subscription form. The virtual exhibition opens Kunstmatrix, and the Facebook link opens Facebook. Those services handle information according to their own notices. Newsletter registration is separate from a project inquiry.

Contact timothy_hall@tampabay.rr.com to ask about a submission, a correction, or removal of information. Include your project name or submission reference, and avoid sending passwords.
